Hello my name is Donna. Im 100% disabled and on s.s.i. My husband walked out Jan 22nd 2010. I have a daughter that just turned 16. Im in need of help paying my electric and water bills. I would like to know if anyone has or knows of and agency who can help with a car.We have no way to get out and get what we need, i have a friend that comes 3 times a month and i try to get what we need, but if i forget something were outta luck. It would help us get to doctors and school appt. Please if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated thank-you so much.
